Independent fitness coaches often rely on manual messaging and inconsistent follow-up, causing valuable leads to go cold before they ever book a consultation. This project explores how a complete GoHighLevel system can automate the entire client acquisition process—from the first website visit to a scheduled consultation—while keeping every interaction organized inside one CRM.
